FIRST VISIT

Keeping you informed is the key to keeping you comfortable.

We think keeping our patients in the know about their dental treatment is really important.

Before starting your treatments, there is an initial exam appointment with Dr. Terzioglu for evaluation and to determine your treatment needs. It helps us to review your medical and dental history and Dr Terzioglu listens to your questions and concerns to provide you solutions to your dental problems.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first visit to fill out office registration forms. Also remember to bring the list of your medications you are currently taking.

If you have dental insurance, please have your insurance card or form with you. This will save time and allow us to help you process any claims

FINANCIAL INFORMATION

We follow the fee guide published by the Ontario Dental Association for General Dentists, which allows us to give you outstanding care for a reasonable price.

We bill your insurance provider directly. You only pay for costs not covered by your plan.

If you have dental insurance we submit your claims electronically to your insurance company. Please remember you are fully responsible for the copayments regardless of your insurance plan and payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

For your convenience we accept Visa ,Mastercard and debit card. Occasionally. we will make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but that must be done prior to the actual procedure.
